Video: Setting up a Pool Table:
Some things are best left to the pros and we would argue that installing a pool
table is one of those things. On the surface it seems simple enough but even the smallest
mistake can lead to an uneven play surface, ruining enjoyment of your investment
in a quality pool table. In this segment Kathy Vegh, introduces us
to a couple of her colleagues who have many years of experience installing
hundreds and hundreds of tables. Hector and Jason walk us through the steps of
setting up a slate pool table from start to finish: assembling and
leveling the frame, placing and leveling the slate to ensure the truest play
surface, stretching the cloth and finally attaching the rails, apron and
pockets. |
