Methods of Payment Danny Vegh's accepts the following methods of payment for deposits and payments; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal or Business Checks*, and Cash. A 50% minimum down payment is required on all orders. Items purchased through Danny Vegh's/Wells Fargo financing will be subject to the terms and conditions laid out by Wells Fargo. *Please note that if you are paying by personal or business check, you must allow enough time for the check to be received, and for it to clear before your product will be ordered and shipped. |
Return Policy To return an item to the store the customer must bring the item in the original packaging, in like-new condition including all accessories and a copy of the receipt. All purchases made by credit card will be returned to the original credit card or store credit will be provided. Customers who pay with cash will receive a check from Danny Vegh's within 7 business days or store credit will be provided at the time of return. Any delivery charge or shipping charge is non-refundable. |
Custom Orders Any order that is custom made and ordered from any manufacturer is non-refundable and non-returnable, unless your order is cancelled within 48 hours. Cancellation requests must be made via e-mail at support@dannyveghs.com or via fax at 216-476-8479. Under no circumstance may any custom order be returned due to the delay in shipping, damage, or missing items.

Item-Specific Return Guidelines Accessories: Any accessory that is currently in-stock at the time of purchase can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as it remains in its original packaging and remains in new condition. Accessories include, but are not limited to the following: Dart board cabinets and darts, poker chips and poker sets, in-stock poker tops and non-wood poker tables, playing cards, books, movies, wall art, barware, floor figurines, ping pong nets, paddles and balls, air hockey pucks and paddles, pool balls, pool racks and cue accessories. Pool Cues: Pool cues may be returned within 30 days of purchase in new and un-used condition. If cue stick shows any type of wear, chalk markings, scratches, or marks the pool cue will not be returnable under any condition.
All Furniture Pieces Pool Tables/Cue Racks/Bars/Bar Stools/Game Tables/Game Chairs Any pool table, cue rack, bar, bar stool, game table, and game chair is considered a custom order and must follow the guidelines set forth in the above custom order section and therefore is considered non-refundable and non-returnable and all sales are final, unless your order is cancelled within 48 hours. Foosball/Hockey/Shuffleboard Tables Any foosball, hockey, or shuffleboard table may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as it is returned in the original box in like new condition and contains all parts and accessories. Any shipping or delivery costs will not be returned and a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied. Arcade/Pinball/Jukebox All arcade games, pinball machines, and jukeboxes are non-refundable and all sales are final, unless your order is cancelled within 48 hours. Cancellation request must be made via e-mail at support@dannyveghs.com or via fax at 216-476-8479. Cold weather can affect the performance of electronic arcades, pinball machines, and jukeboxes. Items should be allowed to warm up to room temperature (65 °+) before power is applied. Not doing so may risk damage to the game. You should allow at least one hour for the item to warm up before powering up. Problems that occur due to improper set-up are not returnable. Lighting All lighting may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as it is returned in the original box in like new condition and contains all parts and wiring. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all lighting before it is accepted. Danny Vegh's will not be held responsible for any light that breaks after it leaves our store doors. Delivery and Shipping Orders Danny Vegh's sales associates quote an estimated time given by each manufacturer for items to be shipped and or delivered. We cannot guarantee a particular manufacturers delivery schedule and cannot be held responsible for any delay in the arrival of your specific item. Any damage of your merchandise that occurred in shipment or delivery is not the responsibility of Danny Vegh's. Danny Vegh's will not be held responsible for any missing pieces that were not included in shipment. Under no circumstance may an item be returned due to delay in shipping, damage in shipping, or missing parts in shipping. If you do not inspect your shipment for damages right away, we cannot be held responsible for the damages later. Any damaged item must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of product via e-mail at support@dannyveghs.com or via fax at 216-476-8479. Returns or exchanges will not be made or accepted after that time period. If an exchange due to damage or missing parts is applicable a replacement will be ordered and replaced within the manufacturer's specific shipping timeframe. Deliveries are not scheduled until your merchandise has been received. Danny Vegh's will contact you when the item has arrived. Deliveries will take place Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Any missed deliveries due to the customer not being home are subject to a $75 trip charge. A 48-hour notice must be given for all delivery cancellations or you will subject to a $50 cancellation charge. Any outstanding balance on your receipt is due in full upon delivery. Payment must be made by credit card, check or cash. All deliveries and shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curb-side shipments. In home delivery is neither implied nor offered without additional charge. The shipping procedures slightly vary when an order is placed via the internet. After an internet order you will receive an email with a copy of our shipping & delivery information as pertaining to your order, this will help expedite any questions or concerns you may have regarding your order. Any verbal shipping quotes given are estimates only, please read your e-mail for the exact shipping price for your order. If your order is being shipped to a business address the trucking company will not call to set up an appointment and will deliver your order during normal business hours. If your order is being shipped to a residential address, the trucking company will contact you to set up a delivery appointment. All deliveries will occur on weekdays only during normal business hours. It is important to keep your scheduled delivery time. If you miss the scheduled time, the company will need to reschedule the delivery from the local warehouse and you will be charged for redelivery. If contact with you is unable to be made, a storage fee may also be applied. Unless otherwise specified all deliveries are considered to be curbside delivery. Curbside delivery is the standard method of delivery for freight shipments. Curbside delivery means your order is delivered to your curbside. The truck driver is not responsible for getting products off of the truck or into your building. Unpacking the item and installation and assembly is not the responsibility of the delivery company and are not included in the price of your item. Other methods of delivery are available for an additional charge.

Storage of Merchandise The customer is expected to accept merchandise within the manufacturers given shipment timeframe. If the customer is unable to accept the ordered merchandise on the estimated delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances a storage fee of $5 dollars a day may be applied for orders kept in our warehouse beyond 30 thirty days of our receipt of the merchandise.

Pick-up Orders At Danny Vegh's we take great pride in the quality of all our merchandise. Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse. We advise that the customer inspect any item upon receipt of purchase that they pick up at any of our Danny Vegh's locations. Danny Vegh's will not be held responsible for any damage to the item once it leaves our location. Also Danny Vegh's will not be held responsible for any missing items once the item has left our location.

Assembly Some of our items require assembly and set-up. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to items due to improper set-up or assembly by someone other than a Danny Vegh's employee.

Manufacturers Warranty All of our suppliers hold to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of our products carry manufacturers warranties. If by chance you receive a product which is defective, Danny Vegh's will honor all warranties as given to us by the manufacturer. |
